Rules & Regulations of GSC Trading Academy
1. Every student shall comply with the rules and regulations of the GSC Trading Academy.
2. Students shall attend the class session regularly. In case if there is any unforeseen circumstance or emergency student shall inform the director that they won’t be able to attend the class for a specific date and time.
3. Students are expected to maintain proper discipline and decorum in and outside the class conducted via online mode. Any indecent behaviour, or use of unparliamentary language during the class or with the student personally will cause cancellation of enrolment from the course with immediate effect.
4. Students are strictly prohibited from recording class sessions without the prior permission of the director. Doing so and distributing or sharing the class video lecture in any form or fashion in such a case, the GSC Trading Academy will cancel the admission without a refund of the fees.
5. All the right to make any changes in the timetable, venue of the class, and mode of class are reserved with the GSC Trading Academy.
6. All the decisions related to the course including class schedule, timetable, admission, syllabus, will be made by the director and will be final.
Trading Strategy:
All the strategy and advisory regarding the share market are for educational purposes, GSC Trading Academy will not charge any kind of Fees for the same.
Refund Policy:
Fees once paid are not transferable or nonrefundable in any manner.
Rules for Business competitors:
Students are obligated to disclose whether they are connected directly/indirectly or part of any other institute which is into the same business of Share market training at the time of taking admission in the course with GSC Trading Academy.
If it is observed that student is hiding his identity and act in the mala-fide intention against the institute in order to defame or diminish the image of the institute then his enrolment shall be cancelled with immediate effect and legal action in accordance with “The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023” will be taken in the court of law.
Governing law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall be the appropriate venue and jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
